Advantages and disadvantages of using a blog for students writing tasks and ALP projects

Nowadays, many students create blogs in order to upload their information and share it with their classmates. Although using a blog would have a lot of advantages, it shows an appositive side.

First of all; when I used a blog to upload my ALP project last month, my classmates had already explained me how to use it. Even though it was a new way that I hadn’t experienced before, I didn’t have any problems about uploading my information. As a consequence, I keep on using this blog. I worked my project cooperatively with my group. Each one had to summarize the information. In some cases when they called me in, I helped them out. I strongly believe that using a blog becomes interesting when you see your own writings tasks on the profile. Without a doubt, after you upload your project or writing tasks, you see many mistakes, but don’t worry about that you can correct it immediately. This is the best way to practice our English, organize the information and also meet new people who are interested in your ALP projects or writing tasks.

On the other hand, there are some disadvantages. For example, if you don’t know anything about computers, using a blog will be difficult. And sometimes when people forget the password they’re unable to enter the blog. To give you an idea, I couldn’t remember the password and I felt so frustrated. And the biggest problem is when many people are using the same blog; it becomes slow and takes to much time to open it.

To conclude, we need to be aware about the advantages and disadvantages of using a blog. I learned that I can use a blog without problems, although it seems difficult. I suggest creating a space with grammar exercises.
