ESSAY N° 3 - ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF USING A BLOG

Nowadays, we have seen many people use a lot of programs on internet to share information or ideas. One of them is the blog whose use has advantages and disadvantages. As a consequence, there are still people that dislike to use them.

One advantage is that anyone can access to the blog without problems as a result of the steps showed on the blog. Take for example, people that do not know to surf on internet follow these indications, that appear on the blog, and do not have anyproblem to access to it. Another advantage is that people can share ideas and add comments about a text. To give you an idea, the last project that I explained was very interesting because there were several viewpoints which differ from my opinion.

However, there are some disadvantages of using a blog. One of them is that the blog can get overloaded. As a consequence, people could not access to the blog. What this means is that an overload, which causes problems to upload some text, is due to people's connection to the network simultaneously. Another drawback is that it is risky to have an only blog for many people. To give you an idea, someone could delete other person's text unintentionally while he or she is uploading a text. Finally, another disadvantage is that uploading a text takes you a lot of time overall people who do not know to surf on internet.

So, in conclusion, I learned a lot of things such as uploading a text, understanding different viewpoints, reaching an agreement and overall struggling against the disadvantages of using a blog. Besides, I would suggest that people should always try something before giving up.
